MR. Shahen Akelyan

Mr. Shahen Akelyan is an Assistant Bureau Chief in charge of High-Rise and Seismic Retrofit Section with Department of Building and Safety City of Los Angeles. Has been with the department for 20 years. He is Licensed Structural Engineer with the State of California. He is currently serving as the president of the Los Angeles Basin Chapter of International Code Council.
